PPPL is soliciting proposals from qualified suppliers to provide implementation services of Oracle SaaS solution that will replace PPPL’s Financial and Supply Chain business systems, and the related underlying Information Technology (IT) infrastructure. Specific requirements for these services can be found in the Statement of Work “ERP SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION OF Oracle Software as a Service (SaaS) Solution”; CAT: A1; Reference Work Planning No.: N/A; Revision 0; dated 4-30-2021. Any award issued will be a Subcontract under U.S. Department of Energy Prime Contract DE-AC02009CH11466 with the Trustees of Princeton University. It is strongly recommended that interested firms review the RFP documents thoroughly. If, after reviewing the RFP, you determine the work is within your ability and you have an interest in submitting a proposal in response, please complete and return to the Procurement Specialist by email the attachment, “Acknowledgement of Request for Proposal (RFP) 21-007” Form. Proposals shall be developed according to the attached Section III, “Instructions for Proposal Preparation”. All sections and completed documents are required in order for the proposal to be determined responsive to this RFP. A Pre-Proposal Video Conference will be held Friday, June 11, 2021 from 11am to 1pm EST, participation is not required, but strongly encouraged.
