Fermi Research Alliance, LLC anticipates procurement of the following professional services for Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory (FERMILAB). Fermilab requests your firm-fixed price proposal for Professional Workday Module Learning Management Systems (LMS) Services (NAICS Code 541612) as outlined in the Statement of Work, dated August 8, 2022 (attached). Period of Performance: The term of the resulting Purchase Order Agreement shall be an eighteen (18) month “Term,” starting October 1, 2023, through May 31, 2025. The following attachments, exhibits, and terms and conditions shall become a part of any subsequent purchase order/subcontract resulting from this solicitation. This is a best value source selection. Award shall be made to contractors who are deemed responsible by FRA; whose proposal conforms to the solicitation’s requirements and is judged to represent best value to FRA. The best value is represented by the most advantageous offer, price and other factors considered. Such offers may not necessarily be the proposals offering the lowest price or receiving the highest technical rating. Prospective offerors are advised that a proposal meeting solicitation requirement with the lowest evaluated price may not be selected if award to a higher evaluated price offeror is determined to be most advantageous to FRA. FRA intends to award without discussions. Each contractor shall be evaluated relative to the following factors.
