RF Roof Replacement Project
Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory seeks a qualified contractor to remove and replace existing built-up roofs on the C40 RF Building and C41 CS Building, providing all materials, labor, supervision, equipment, and expertise per the associated contract design documents and the SOW dated 28 Aug 2026. The existing roofs have failing joints, punctures, flashing, water infiltration, and membrane separation, and a catastrophic failure would negatively impact priority experimental operations. Only some solicitation documents have been posted; the remaining documents will be released upon confirmation of intent to participate in the site visit/pre-bid meeting scheduled for 11/17/26. Interested offerors must email a signed solicitation acknowledgement form and identify their lead proposal manager to confirm participation.
