The Trustees of Princeton University, a U.S. Department of Energy Prime Contractor, represented by Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory (PPPL) located in the vicinity of Princeton, NJ, has a requirement for Radiological Shieling and Analysis Support Services. PPPL is soliciting proposals from qualified suppliers to submit a proposal to provide technical support and services to provide and lead such tasks as: •Radiological shielding simulation and analysis including Monte Carlo N-Particle Transport (MCNP) calculations. This will include recommendations of shielding configurations (designs) based on a set of particle variable/configurations provided. • Radiological analysis calculation and support, as requested. • General radiological technical support, as requested. Specific requirements for these services can be found in the Statement of Work (Attachment 1). It is strongly recommended that interested firms review the RFP documents thoroughly. If after reviewing the RFP, you determine the work is within your ability and you have an interest in submitting a proposal response, please complete and return to the Procurement Specialist by email the attached, “Acknowledgement of Request for Proposal (RFP) 24-009” Form. Any award(s) issued will be a Basic Ordering Agreement under U.S. Department of Energy Prime Contract DE-AC02009CH11466 with the Trustees of Princeton University.
