Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory (PPPL), a National Laboratory and Federally Funded Research and Development Center (RDC) located in the vicinity of Princeton, NJ and operated by The Trustees of Princeton University, a US Department of Energy Prime Contractor wishes to notify all interested and capable firms of designing, manufacturing, and installing heat exchangers. PPPL is soliciting proposals from qualified suppliers to provide all materials and labor necessary to replace the heat exchangers for our liquid rheostat systems. Specific requirements for these services can be found in the Statement of Work “Heat Exchanger Drop-in Replacement Technical Requirements, D-Site MG Liquid Rheostat Systems”; NSTXU_1-5-1-1-3_SOW_115; Revision: 0; CAT: A2; Reference Work Planning No.: 3151; Dated: May 31, 2023. PPPL contemplates award of a firm fixed-price subcontract. Subcontract award, if any and at PPPL’s sole discretion, will be made to the qualified and responsible Offeror submitting a proposal offering the lowest priced, technically acceptable proposal as the basis for award.
