Information Only Pre-Solicitation Notice - Ames National Laboratory (referred to as “Ames Lab” or the “Laboratory”), operated by Iowa State University (ISU) under Prime Contract DE-AC02-07CH11358, as amended, with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), is seeking to acquire construction services, to be specified in the project documents, necessary to upgrade the HVAC system in Harley Wilhelm Hall. It is anticipated that a Firm Fixed-Price subcontract be awarded per the award criteria to be included in the solicitaion. The evaluation scheme for this solicitation will be lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) and the evaluation factors determining technical acceptability will be disclosed in the RFP package, when issue to the public.
