Ames Laboratory, under a prime contract with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), has a requirement for qualified vendors to provide electrical equipment inspection as described in the attached Appendix A - Statement of Work and Appendix A1 – Chapter 20 of the Ames Laboratory Electrical Safety Manual.In order to demonstrate compliance with OSHA regulations and National Electric Code (NEC 110.3), Ames Laboratory is soliciting information from qualified vendors to field verify (NFPA 70E 350.2), inspect, and label this equipment as specified in Chapter 20 of the Ames Lab Electrical Safety Manual.
