Extended RFP proposal due date. See attached Addendum 2 - Extends proposal due date and adds a requirement to Appendix C - Specifications Revised 03-27-2024 See attached Addendum 3 - Lifting the "Draft" Status, adding the revised due date to the RFP doc. per Item 2 on Addendum 2, and replacing language in part 24 of the RFP document to state that funding is now available up to the allowable budget amount.
