Your firm is invited to participate in this solicitation by submitting a written proposal pursuant to the instructions outlined herein. - Hazardous Waste Collection and Disposal and consumables related to these services. Addendum 1 - Extends the proposal due date. Provides all questions asked and answers to those questions. Provides an updated and corrected Appendix B. Provides an Excel sheet for pricing submission and disposal locations.
