Fermilab requests your Firm Fixed Price (FFP) proposal for the removal and/or disposal of bulk deuterium gas from the railhead in accordance with the requirements outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW), dated November 10, 2022 (see attached). The term of the resulting Subcontract shall be a one (1) year “Base Term,” starting January 1, 2023, through December 31, 2023, with NO renewal option periods. These services are expected to be completed within five months of executed award.
