Fermi Research Alliance (FRA) is seeking proposals from qualified Suppliers which are capable of the fabrication of Niobium Superconducting Radio Frequency (SCRF) Cavities. This process involves forming, machining, electron beam welding and chemical processing of the niobium material. Included within this request for proposal is vacuum brazing of post-fabricated cavities and electro-chemical polishing of the completed Cavities.
