Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory seeks capability statements from all interested parties, including large businesses, small businesses, and various socioeconomic categories, for limited Oracle Cloud SCM Redwood Migration support services. The engagement is intended to identify readiness work, confirm a minimum viable path, support a small set of authorized critical actions, and transfer practical knowledge to PPPL staff—not to perform a full migration, broad optimization, or extended production support. Responses will help PPPL determine the appropriate level of competition and establish small business subcontracting goals. PPPL reserves the right to consider specific set-asides based on the responses received.
