The Energy Efficiency Studies (EES) Department offers a broad range of experties primarily in technoeconomic analysis to consider the impacts of policies per statutory requirements. EES conducts research and develops a unique and powerful set of core capabilities, including: cos-benefit assessment, including uncertainty and variability analysis, product life-cycle cost analysis, energy modeling and forecasting, economic research, national impacts analysis, and advanced technology and market assessment. EES analysis cover a range of products, including residential appliances, commercial and industrial equipment, and lighting systems. The selected offeror(s) will be responsible for two primary projects: Energy conservation standards analysis and test procedure development. (see the details in RFI).
