FRA LLC is seeking vendors to fabricate (5) each SSR1 Jacketed Cavities Type A and (4) each SSR1 Jacketed Cavities Type B. This Sources Sought RFI331036FRA is to find prospective vendors that have a background and interest in fabricating the aforementioned SSR1 Jacketed Cavities. Upcoming is the official RFP for this fabrication; qualified vendors that respond to this Sources Sought RFI331036FRA, will be considered for the upcoming official RFP. Qualified vendors shall reach out to Steve Cozzens (cozy@fnal.gov) and provide their capabilities statement and any other information reflecting thier backgroud and experience in Jacketed Cavity fabrication, large vessel fabrication and fabrication of Superconducting items. The deadline for vendors to submit their interest in the upcoming official RFP (for fabrication of Type A and Type B SSR1 Jacketed Cavities) is 5:00 PM CST, on May 17, 2022.
