Thomas Jefferson National Accelerator Facility is partnering with Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL) on the Electron Ion Collider (EIC) project and is seeking sources for fabrication of one (1) Superconducting Solenoid magnet to be housed at Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL). Jefferson Lab (JLab) is a nuclear physics research facility operated by Jefferson Science Associates LLC (JSA) under contract to the U.S. Department of Energy. This notice and request for information seeks qualified sources for the fabrication of the magnet described in the attached preliminary specification and design.
