Brookhaven Science Associates (BSA) supports the Nanoscale Science Research Center Recapitalization project (NSRC-Recap) which is adding new and updated capabilities to the Department of Energy’s nanoscience infrastructure. As part of this work, BSA is potentially seeking to purchase Pulsed Laser Deposition system with 200mm wafer capacity to be located at the Molecular Foundry (Foundry) and Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory (LBNL). This system is expected to offer state-of-the-art performance including multiple materials sources/precursors, angstrom-level control of thickness of the individual layers, and low cross-contamination between different materials available. BSA invites you to participate in accordance with the RFI letter and all supporting attachments. This requirement has been posted on the SAM.gov website under solicitation RFI-419337.
