This is NOT a Sources Sought Notice (SSN) - This is an Request for Information (RFI) only. The purpose of this RFI is to research features currently in the market that may be above and beyond what Alliance/NREL currently offers in our existing Employee Recognition Program. In the event a Sources Sought Notice or a solicitation is released, NREL is seeking information from sources that may be capable of providing a solution that meets or exceeds the following minimum capabilities: Employee to employee elements line manager to employee service level awards administration of internally designed programs onboarding cycle Interactive data reporting and dashboarding Financial spend/traceability within program Awards that are soft (email card), tangible (goods catalog), and monetary (cash payment)
