NREL is seeking to purchase a pad-mounted, liquid-filled, medium-voltage substation transformer with primary, secondary, and tertiary bushings within air-terminal enclosures for the 34.5kV IESS (Integrated Energy Systems at Scale) Grid Infrastructure project at NREL’s Flatirons Campus. This purchase will include delivery to the NREL site by the selected Offeror. The unloading and installation of the equipment will be performed by NREL employees or an NREL subcontractor. NREL intends to publicly publish for a period of 15 calendar days a competitive solicitation for the following summary of specifications (for the complete specifications, see Attachments 1 and 2 hereto). The attached specifications are subject to change.
