Dilution Refrigerator Systems

Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL), managed by UT-Battelle for the U.S. Department of Energy, is seeking a firm-fixed-price proposal for a dilution refrigeration system. The system consists of a Gas Handling System Refrigerator and two identical He3/He4 dilution inserts, as specified in the attached RFP documents. Award will be made to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable proposal.
