Snapshot NIR-SWIR Hyperspectral Camera UT-Battelle, LLC (the Company) is seeking interested potential sources for an open procurement of a Snapshot NIR-SWIR Hyperspectral Camera. The procurement is expected to be awarded in August 2025. The product will be delivered to Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL) in Oak Ridge, TN. Minimum requirements are based on a common unit in the commercial marketplace that will fit our allotted space to meet some of the minimum requirements needed. Suppliers must be able to meet the minimum requirements to provide a functional equivalent. Any unit exceeding the minimum requirements will be evaluated to see if it is technically acceptable. The technical acceptability factors are below: Technical Acceptability Factors: 1. Provide the requested services per SOW/ Specification (Attachment C) with no exceptions. 2. Proposal shall meet lead time/delivery date of 09/19/2025 After Receipt of Order (ARO).
