This system is critical for supporting high-vacuum environments in the MPEX linear plasma device and must integrate seamlessly with the broader Pfeiffer-based vacuum infrastructure. The selected vendor shall provide Pfeiffer Vacuum components that will be used in high-vacuum applications supporting the MPEX linear plasma device.
