Roughing Pump System Piping Fabrication Seller shall perform activities consisting of the fabrication, inspection, packaging, and preparation for shipment of the vacuum piping spools used in the Roughing Pump System. Shipment of the items will be handled by the Company's designated Logistics Services Provider (LSP). All piping within this scope is SIC-1, QC-1, and VQC-1. Additional details and technical documents will be provided during the RFP phase.
