Description of Work: The scope of work consists of all labor, equipment, transportation, overhead, bonding costs, safety oversight, quality control oversight and supervision as required for excavation, subsurface bearing conditions improvement, concrete foundations, building envelope, conveying devices, mechanical systems, electrical systems, plumbing systems, fire protection systems, architectural finishes and site work, and other requirements as detailed in the Project Manual, PIP-II Linac Complex, Project Number 4-3-5, and the PIP-II Linac Complex Drawing Set. All in accordance with attached solicitation documents. Magnitude of Construction: In accordance with FAR 36.204, the magnitude of construction is more than $10,000,000. The square footage will range between 108,000 and 133,000 square feet based on the options selected. Period of Performance: Anticipated October 2022 through October 2025 (Anticipated 36 Month Duration). Pre-Proposal Site Visit: A mandatory pre-proposal site visit is scheduled for May 5, 2022, at 9:00 A.M. Central Time at Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory.
