This Sources Sought Notice is being posted and is intended only as a request for information to determine if the PULSE Hoist Systems Support Project will have sufficient market interest to fulfill project objectives. This is not a solicitation and no reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this notice. Potential Offeror will be required to travel as necessary to provide technical support services to Mission Support & Test Services (MSTS) at the Nevada National Security Site (NNSS) PULSE facility. This Sources Sought is for a potential subcontract that will be in place for a five-year period. These services include supporting the functionality of the Hoist Systems with regard to safety and reliability for the immediate short term as well as a long term. All work provided by the potantial Offeror shall be through the issuance of Task Orders against a Master Agreement. The Task Orders may include but are not limited to requests for support on the following: Provide consulting support to evaluate the Hoist Systems Provide technical support for system and component analysis Identify components that are not safe or malfunctioning. Identify components that are functionally obsolete and need replacing or are near the end of their service life. Provide technical support to the MSTS to identify components that require replacement to enhance operability or reliability. Provide technical recommendations for the improvements to these components/systems. Provide technical support to the MSTS to develop a current and comprehensive spare parts list to mitigate and minimize hoist unavailability. Conduct technical evaluations of the hardware and firmware/software Provide on-site technical support to MSTS operations and maintenance personnel. Provide technical training related to the functionality of the Hoist Systems. Support MSTS to develop and issue designs, revisions, and post design documentation that will include but is not limited to, specifications, drawings, sketches, power and control wiring diagrams/schematics, calculations, Bill-of-Materials, as-built drawings, configured drawings. The documents shall be of sufficient detail for MSTS to procure material, execute and turnover the installation or modification to PULSE operations. The potantial Offeror shall not perform hands on work. The potential Offeror shall not provide Design, Fabrication or Material Procurements on Safety Significant or Safety Class Systems.
