This is not a solicitation. Vendors shall not submit a quote until, and/or if, the solicitation is posted to the Governmentwide Point-of-Entry via www.SAM.gov. This announcement shall NOT be construed as a commitment by Brookhaven Science Associates LLC (BSA) to award a Subcontract. Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL) reserves the right to use any and all information submitted by, or obtained from, an interested party in any manner BNL determines is appropriate, including, but not limited to, the creation of a solicitation. Background: BNL is a Department of Energy (DOE) National Laboratory multidisciplinary research facility, located on Long Island, New York. BNL intends to compete the requirement for the TES Beamline Upgrade Components Package, to be utilized within the United States, as a full and open competition.
