The Environmental Protection Division (EPD) requires support in performing various modeling simulations using the BNL Regional Groundwater Model. The SOW outline in Attachment (A) provides further details on the services and experience requirements required. Submittals must be received by BSA no later than August 31, 2021. Any offer submittal received after this time and date may not be considered. BSA prefers electronic submissions of submittals.
