This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested in response to this notice and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Submission of written quotes will only be accepted via email. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-04. This procurement is set aside for 100% Small Business. The associated NAICS code is 561730 – Landscaping Services (Fertilizer and Herbicide Application Services, and Aeration and Seeding) with a small business size standard of $9.5M. DOE intends to procure these services through the award of a firm-fixed price contract for a base and four (4) one (1) year option periods. This requirement is for landscaping services (Fertilizer and Herbicide Application Services, and Aeration and Seeding) at the Office of Scientific and Technical Information located at 1 Science.gov Way, Oak Ridge, TN 37830, in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (Attachment 1). The applicable SCA Wage Grade Determinations for this project can be found in Attachment 2. Potential contractors shall attend a site visit scheduled for Wednesday, 1/17/24, at 2:00 p.m. EST, in order to view the areas to be serviced.
