This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested in response to this notice and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. This requirement is for the renewal of an online institutional journal subscription for access to The Radiation Safety Journal: Official Journal of the Health Physics Society published by Ovid Technologies. Access is restricted to the Office of Science via multiple IP addresses. DOE is provided with a direct link to the website which is listed on the OSTI.gov website under the pulldown tab labeled research tools via the SCeJournals link button. This is for the Office of Science and is not publically accessible. DOE intends to award this requirement as a firm-fixed contract with a one-year base period and four one-year option periods. The period of subscription for the base period is February 28, 2023 – February 28, 2024.
