This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested in response to this notice and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Submission of written quotes will only be accepted via email. The associated NAICS code is 519130 - Internet Publishing and Broadcasting and Web Search Portals, with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. This requirement is for the renewal of an online institutional subscription providing access to journals published by John Wiley & Sons. The required institutional enhanced access license allows multiple users online access to 1,474 journals in the Online Wiley Library. Individual journal titles are listed in Attachment 1. DOE intends to award this requirement as a firm-fixed contract with a one-year base period and four one-year option periods. The period of subscription for the base period is January 1-December 31, 2022.
