UT-Battelle, LLC, operater and manager of the Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL) under Prime Contract No. DE-AC05-00OR22725 with the U.S. Department of Energy, is seeking waste processing services for the treatment, and disposal of Low-Level Radioactive Waste (LLW), Mixed Low-Level radioactive Waste (MLLW), and Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) regulated MLLW and LLW. In addition, UT-Battelle, LLC is seeking specialty transportation services when waste needs to be transported in Seller owned shipping casks or other shielded and unshielded packaging. The solicitation document, Doc559464538, will be issued via the Ariba Network through the ORNL Buy Procurement System. All potential offerors will need to be invited to register in ORNL Buy Procurement System to submit an offer in the Ariba Network, and to receive an award, the selected Offeror will need to be completely registered in the ORNL Buy Procurement System.
