BSA is seeking quotations for four listed items with quantities: MCS2-C-0006 (8 EA), PW R-2C12D65-USA (2 EA), MCS2-S-0005 (8 EA), and CBL-E-0620-200 (8 EA), including lead time, best discounts, applicable ECCN/HTS codes, origin of manufacture, UEI, published price justification, and SAM registration. Delivery is to Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL); items under 150 lbs may ship internationally on BSA’s FedEx account, otherwise pricing must be all-inclusive for freight, tariffs, packing, handling, and other fees, and foreign products over 150 lbs without all-inclusive pricing require BNL as Importer of Record under DAP using BNL’s designated freight forwarder. Award will be made to the responsive and responsible offeror submitting the lowest total price and meeting all technical requirements, as a Firm Fixed Price contract subject to the attached terms and conditions and draft PO QA clauses. Pricing must remain valid for 60 days.
