BSA/BNL is seeking a quotation for one SSA5085A spectrum analyzer, including applicable lead time, best available discounts, and ECCN/HTS codes if applicable. Delivery will be to Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL); for items under 150 lbs, international shipment may use BNL’s FedEx account if weight is advised, otherwise pricing must be all-inclusive with freight, tariffs, packing, handling, and other fees. For items over 150 lbs where all-inclusive foreign pricing is unavailable, BNL must be Importer of Record, Incoterms shall be DAP, and BNL’s designated freight forwarder must be used. Award will go to the responsive/responsible offeror with the lowest total evaluated price meeting all technical requirements, as a Firm Fixed Price purchase order under the attached terms. Pricing must remain valid for at least 60 days from the quotation due date, and quotes should include country of origin, UEI, and published price list if available.
