Brookhaven Science Associates is requesting quotations for Attachment 1 SOW items: two motor coils and eighteen magnet tracks total, for delivery to Brookhaven National Laboratory. Quotes should include applicable lead time, available discounts, country of origin/manufacturer, UEI, published price list if available, and ECCN/HTS codes if applicable. For items under 150 lbs, international shipment may be possible on BNL’s FedEx account with weight advised; otherwise pricing must be all-inclusive of freight, tariffs, packing, handling, and delivery to BNL, with no separate freight line items. If items are over 150 lbs and all-inclusive pricing is unavailable for foreign products, BNL must be Importer of Record, with Incoterms DAP and BNL’s designated freight forwarder. Award is intended to the responsive/responsible offeror with the lowest total evaluated price meeting all technical requirements, as a Firm Fixed Price purchase order under attached terms, with pricing valid at least 60 days.
