Pricing must be all-inclusive for delivery to Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL), with special terms for items over 150 lbs, including Importer of Record arrangements and DAP Incoterms if needed. Award will be based on the lowest total evaluated price meeting all technical requirements. Pricing must remain valid for at least 60 days from the quotation due date. The resulting purchase order will be firm fixed price and subject to BSA’s terms and conditions.
