This opportunity is for a quotation to supply two HiPace 700 M Turbo-drag-pumps and two air cooling kits to Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL). Pricing must be all-inclusive for delivery to BNL, including freight and tariffs, unless items are under 150 lbs and can ship on BNL’s FedEx account. For foreign products over 150 lbs without all-inclusive pricing, BNL must be the Importer of Record with DAP Incoterms. The award will be based on the lowest total price from a responsive offeror meeting all technical requirements, with pricing valid for 60 days. Vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to support DOE reporting requirements.
