GRETA (Gamma-Ray Energy Tracking Array) will be a powerful instrument needed to accomplish a broad range of experiments that will play an essential role in addressing the intellectual challenges of low-energy nuclear science. A Detector Array Sphere will position the 30 Detector Modules precisely in a spherical array surrounding the target position. The GRETA Detector Array Sphere will consist of two type hemispheres accommodating the Detector Modules, held in space by a multipoint support system.
