The University of California, Lawrence Berkelely National Laboratory requests a proposal for Protective Force Services, in accordance with the Request For Proposal, Sample Subcontract, and other enclosures. The subcontractor must provide personnel and services as described in this Statement of Work (SOW) or as may be hereafter requested, necessary to operate, manage and maintain an unarmed uniformed security force, hereinafter referred to as the “Protective Force” or “PF”. The term Protective Force encompasses all persons assigned to or working under this subcontract. The subcontractor must be licensed in the State of California by the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS) to provide Protective Force Services and Private Patrol Services.
