The selected Subcontractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision required to provide the Kautz Road Substation Replacement Prefabricated Control House Building and associated Arc Safe 13.8kV Medium Voltage Switchgear, as delineated in the attached specification and drawings. The selected Subcontractor shall deliver the prefabricated control house building in compliance with all requirements in the specification and drawings documents, in accordance with the required quality assurance plan and subject to the specified acceptance criteria.
