Expected major components: Operation of a networked central copy center, to included 2 high volume color copiers and high end scanner furnished by the subcontract, and a Jlab owned cutter. Scheduled and on-call pickup and delivery services Furnishing and maintaining all convenience copiers Furnishing all consumable copier supplies, except paper Maintaining the printers currently under maintenance Furnishing all consumable printer supplies for the printers under maintenance Managing site wide copier and printer paper inventory and distribution Promoting use of copy center services Other related document management services at required If your company has experience in providing similar services, including on-site staffing, copy volume and number of copiers and you are interested in competing for award, please register for this requirement on the Jefferson Lab Solicitation Bulletin Board at https://misportal.jlab.org/ul/bus_ops/.
