Project includes installing new 2.5MVA transformer, 3,000-amp exterior switchgear, and 3,000-amp switchboard to provide additional power to Hall A. The additional permanent power installation to include a new switchboard inside the hall, fed from a new transformer installed outside on an existing transformer pad. The feed from the new transformer to the new switchboard will utilize existing conduit penetrations. Connection to equipment downstream of the new switchboard is to be coordinated through a separate contract.
