The Thomas Jefferson National Accelerator Facility (Jefferson Lab) is seeking firms capable of performing various types of construction projects. Jefferson Lab is a U.S. Department of Energy nuclear physics research facility located in Newport News, Virginia, managed and operated by Jefferson Science Associates, LLC (JSA) under prime contract to DOE. Jefferson Lab is seeking to identify general contractors to support a wide array of projects. These may include heavy and civil engineering construction, special trade contractors, commercial and institutional building construction, roofing contractors, electrical, plumbing, heating, air conditioning contractors, and painting contractors.
