To: All Interested Firms Jefferson Lab (JLab) has posted the solicitation for the HKS supplies on our Solicitation Bulletin Board – http://www1.jlab.org/ul/Bus_ops/ . All documents listed on the RFP form PD-6 can be viewed and downloaded from the solicitation bulletin board. If you are interested in submitting a proposal in response to this solicitation, be sure to register for this specific solicitation on the above website and let me know by a return email. Any amendments or other information associated with the requirement will be posted on the Solicitation Bulletin Board, and by registering you will be automatically notified when postings occur. Please reference Solicitation NO. JSA-25-R441768 on all communication to JLab related to this solicitation. If you are not interested in providing a proposal for this requirement, please send a “No Bid” notification via email to the address below no later than 9/17/2025. Please note the following dates: Questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted in writing to me not later than 4:30 PM (Eastern Standard Time) on 9/11/2025. Proposals are due no later than 4:30 PM (Eastern Standard Time) on September 17, 2025. Please note that award on initial offers can be made. Therefore, any issues or questions should be resolved prior to submission of bids.
