The Subcontractor shall provide, qualified experienced management to operate, recruit, screen, train and shall maintain a high-quality janitorial staff to perform cleaning and disinfecting services at Jefferson Lab. The Subcontractor is expected to perform high-quality cleaning and disinfecting services by obtaining and managing materials, equipment including safety equipment, supplies, products, uniforms, and resources that meet or exceed the cleaning industry standards and use the most current Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines and recommended cleaning techniques.
