The scope of work is for the manufacturing design, fabrication, dimensional inspection, fiducialization , vacuum testing and delivery of the VC04 and VC12 Pumping Station for the ALS-U project at Lawrence Berkeley National Labratory. There is one type of VC04 vacuum chamber and two types of VC12 vacuum chamber. The total quanity of chambers required is 8.
