Seeking an offeror to provide the fabrication, dimensional inspection, assembly, vacuum testing and delivery of RF bellows assemblies for the ALS-U project. There are five types of RF bellows assembly types in this scope. The total quantity of RF bellows units to be delivered is 63. The detailed design of the RF bellows has been completed by LBNL. Some of the RF bellows designs has been prototyped and tested by LBL. This fabrication is a “build to print” however the subcontractor is able to propose minor changes for ease of fabrication. Subcontractors shall provide price and delivery - along with documentation to prove that your organization meets the required qualifiers.
