Please reference the attachments for further detail. The University of California, Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory (“University” or “LBNL”) requests a proposal for project management, fabrication, shipping, and quality assurance for the substrates in support of the Advances Light Source Upgrade (ALS-U) Project and, in accordance with this RFP, Sample Subcontract, and other enclosures. The required work shall include project management, fabrication, control, shipping, and quality assurance activities. The ALS-U project intends to procure a maximum of 30 substrates, for the new and upgraded IDBL: FLEXON 10.0.1.1, FLEXON 10.0.1.2, Tender 8.0.1, COSMIC 7.0.1 and MAESTRO 7.0.2.
