The University, on behalf of the ALS-U project, intends to procure a maximum of five built-to-specification Monochromators, one for each branch line of the new and upgraded Insertion Device Beam Line ... The University, on behalf of the ALS-U project, intends to procure a maximum of five built-to-specification Monochromators, one for each branch line of the new and upgraded Insertion Device Beam Line (IDBL): COSMIC 7.0.1, MAESTRO 7.0.2, Tender 8.0.1.2,.FLEXON 10.0.1.1, and FLEXON 10.0.1.2. . There will be a single award for the COSMIC 7.0.1 and MAESTRO 7.0.2 Monochromators for the design, fabrication and delivery. Design for the Tender 8.0.1.2,.FLEXON 10.0.1.1, and FLEXON 10.0.1.2 will be included in the base order, if proposed, with fabrication for the same Monochromator to be optional, exercised at a later time.
