Sources are sought for procurement, provide, and delivery of indoor firing a 10 lane 25-meter modular tactical indoor firing range and a 2 lane 25-meter tactical indoor firing range with simulation training and live fire capability. The SUBCONTRACTOR shall provide all materials required to oversee installation, support, and configure the firing ranges located at the NNSS. The Scope of Work are detailed for The SUBCONTRACTOR to provide delivery of facilities, all vendor required material associated with installation of the facilities, no hands-on installation support. Provide Testing, Commissioning and operations training for the facilities including electrical, HVAC, Milo Simulation systems, target systems, Bullet traps. CONTRACTOR Craft personal shall perform any hands-on work and SUBCONTRACTOR shall perform advisory, oversight role only, except where required the SUBCONTRACTOR is the only trained personnel to perform the work This equipment includes refurbished like new Ten (10) 25-meter Tactical Indoor modular Firing Range described below: Two (2) Lane Modular Shipping containers with a 25 Meter Shooting Distance for a total size of 120’L x 8’W. Total of 2 firing range lanes. Full rooftop equipment screen and stairs to access rooftops safely; Two (2) Rifle rated bullet traps (3600 FPS / 3800 Foot Pounds of Energy); Two (2) Shooting lanes/stalls shall be Matte Black Spray Coated with fold down shooting trays and gate barricades for strong/weak hand qualifications; Two (2) 360 degree turning targets with Master Control Tablet. Dimmable lighting controls w/police light strobe; Two (2) - Two Way Communication Systems for stall to control room communication. Public Address System for full range announcements; and Advanced master control room with console for lighting, communication, target retrieval, and HVAC monitoring, etc. Subcontractor would be responsible to provide a design drawing and will be stamped by a professional engineer.
