Mission Support and Test Services (MSTS) is the Management and Operations contractor to the Department of Energy for the Nevada National Test Site Sources are sought for the purchase of enterprise-wide digital subscriptions to professional journals and article databases. MSTS wants to locate subscription agents who can provide access to the publications listed on the attachment. We do not want print subscriptions, only electronic. The procurement plan is to have a 3-5 year agreement with a base year and 2-4 yearly “options” where we may make changes to the subscriptions based on use. Interested companies or organizations are invited to respond to this notice with a capability statement indicating how their service works, publications which can be provided (based on the attachment), and an indication of the fees involved.
