All buildings will be based off the existing Mercury Building 23-460 design. The Mercury Building 23-460 design will require site adaptation and design modifications to the interior layout of non-structural building components to meet functional requirements. These buildings must be certifiable to High Performance and Sustainable Building (HPSB) guiding principles. The buildings that will be included in this subcontract will include U1a Building 1 (01-350), Mercury Building 3 (23-462), and DAF Building 1 (06-540). Each individual building will be represented as a separate Task Order (TO) to this subcontract. All building designs will be modified based on the Issue for Construction (IFC) drawings of 23-460."
